The Heart Illuminating Reiki™ is a spiritual and energy-based practice intended for personal exploration, relaxation, reflection and spiritual connection.

Reiki, sound practices, intuitive guidance, spiritual teachings, ceremonies, classes, events and other offerings described on this website are complementary practices and are not substitutes for professional medical or mental-health care.

The Heart Illuminating Reiki™ includes spiritual concepts, intuitive practices, symbolism, energy work and teachings concerning spiritual connection and consciousness.

These teachings reflect the spiritual framework and tradition of HIR and are offered for personal exploration.

No particular religious or spiritual belief is required to participate.

Individual experiences with Reiki, meditation, sound, ceremony, intuitive work or other spiritual practices vary greatly. No particular experience, outcome or result is promised or guaranteed.

Participation in HIR sessions, classes, ceremonies, events or other offerings is voluntary.

You are responsible for determining whether an offering is appropriate for you and for making your own decisions regarding your physical, emotional, spiritual and personal well-being.

You agree to communicate any relevant needs, limitations or concerns before participating in an in-person experience.

Participation in a Heart Illuminating Reiki™ training, initiation or certification program does not guarantee professional success, income, employment, clientele or any particular personal or spiritual result.

Completion requirements, attendance expectations and any requirements for receiving an HIR certificate will be communicated as part of the applicable program.

HIR certification recognizes completion of the designated Heart Illuminating Reiki™ training. It does not constitute a medical, psychological or other government-issued professional license.

The content and materials associated with The Heart Illuminating Reiki™ are an important part of the body of work created and developed by Jenny Merkey.

Unless otherwise stated, website content, written teachings, course materials, manuals, graphics, photographs, sacred symbols and their HIR applications, exercises, ceremonies, meditations, class materials, downloads, recordings, product names and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Synergy Sensations, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

This includes, where applicable, The Heart Illuminating Reiki™, HIR Reiki™, The Sacred Rose, course manuals, initiation materials, original teachings and proprietary HIR materials.

Purchasing or receiving HIR materials gives you permission to use them for their intended personal or authorized practitioner use. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

Unless you have received express written permission, HIR materials may not be copied, reproduced, uploaded, published, sold, taught as your own work, distributed, substantially adapted, used to create derivative training programs, or shared with individuals who have not purchased or received authorized access.

The Heart Illuminating Reiki™, HIR Reiki™ and associated names, marks, materials and branding may not be used in a manner that suggests authorization, certification, partnership or affiliation when none exists.

Authorized practitioners or teachers must follow any brand-use, practitioner or teaching guidelines provided with their certification or licensing materials.

We will not intentionally publish identifiable photographs, testimonials or personal stories submitted privately without appropriate permission.
